Specialty coffee beans
Our specialty coffee beans are sourced directly from farmers and coops that have participated in the national Cup Of Excellence competition. Independently of their year of participation we keep a record of the participants to support and encourage the development of their green coffee beans quality.
To be considered specialty coffee these green coffee beans have to have over 85+ quality score, which is certified by executing a coordinated sampling using a shared roasting software.
We only offer these coffee beans under a private Farming Program and in micro-lots. They’re the ideal raw material for premium high-quality ground or roasted coffee.
